We strive to keep shipping costs on every order to a minimum, which is why we're pleased to offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $200. As an added bonus, all domestic orders are now eligible for $5 flat shipping - just select "Standard Shipping" at checkout and you'll still receive helpful tracking information at checkout!

Orders are hand packed once we receive them, but sometimes they are not dispatched until the next working day. We ship from China, and since each Crystal product is unique, we do our best to provide the most complete set of photos for each product.The estimated delivery time is about 8-10 days in European countries and 10-15 days in North America. Given that crystals are natural and come from the earth, they each have their own unique stripes and patterns that make them unique. Keep this in mind when buying crystals! However, if you find that you are not satisfied with your crystal, please contact us within 30 days for a full refund.
